Rude Conductor

"What an obstinate train conductor" said the little pumpkin. She was confounded as to his rudeness. He had not shown much deference. Little pumpkin began to wonder if she should apprise the company of his behavior. She is naturally taciturn but might make an exception for this. On her long train ride she considered how to phrase her denunciation of the conductor. She didn't want it to be specious.
The train company sent her a letter of approbation after she complained. She fully expected her comment to be slighted. Little pumpkin had been told that complaints were accepted with stolid responsive. She was quite displeased that the companies sanctions against the conductor were less than prodigious.

Thoughts on Talk Back Radio

Today I heard on talk back radio that specialists have begun to vacillate on whether or not certified diamonds can still be blood diamonds. The only way this could occur is if the system were perfidy. Would knowing this change what people buy or will they be just as blithe as before? I don't hold people who buy blood diamonds with derision. I want to convoke a gather a group of people with high veracity to determine what is actually going on. The problem is these people are diffused across the country.
I believe that the nadir of the situation is the lack of caring from most of the public. The problem may lie in the ponderous way it has been presented. Society is some what tractable and could have been moved on this had it been better presented. We must foment people on this issue!
What an impetuous side rant from the initial intention of the story. I had wanted to talk about how weird talk back radio is. The people who call in are so audacious. Some people call to exculpate people who are thrashed by the media; however most of the people are just calling to make a fracas. Talk back radio seems so extraneous to me. So many people love it but I think it is just an outlet for recalcitrant people.

Let's Chat Over Dinner

Today I was asked to dinner by an odd character. I don't want to grouse over it but he is some what ignoble. Our mutual friend says calling him ignoble is more semantics than truth. Being invited to dinner is usually a euphony to me. Especially when it is not due to someone's general beneficence. I often appear as though I live in a state of indigence when in fact I just choose not to shop. Since my increased effort to dispel this rumor I have seen some dissolution of the pity from people I know. This has been correlated with a declivity in dinner invitations. People have also become more circumspect in commenting on my appearance; as if now that they know I choose it I might somehow be offended that it is unfashionable. I don't understand how a life of penury shelters someone from being offended at others reactions to their appearance. I have ben gestating an idea about lack of respect and poverty. It seems as though the otherness of indigence is hermetic; as if allowing it to enter society would some how poison us. The whole issue makes me livid. Why do we choose to abase people that often already have low self esteem? Why are they a transgression to the unspoken societal rules? They already live in homes with struts made of card board and are treated with such impetuousness. It makes me wonder about the duplicity of our society.

The Circumspect Seal

Taylor was an odd little seal pup. He was more circumspect than all the other pups in his community. If he had been the child of anyone else his caution might be a grave transgression of the rules. Taylor lived in a state of penury. While the other seal pup homes had struts made of rocks; Taylor's struts were made of sticks. These combined factors led to a hermetic social life for Taylor.
One day as Taylor was contemplating the duplicity of the other pups an idea began to gestate in his head. Over the past weeks and months Taylor had begun to feel livid at the other pups. They were always playing clever artifices on him and inveigling him into things. They said they are more clever than he is but it is all semantics. The euphony of his mother's call awakened Taylor from his scheming.
Taylor ran to his mother's call. When he arrived at her home he was abased due to his forgetfulness. She had not known of his indigence and when she found out she was ashamed and called him to her. Taylor's mother found him ignoble because he was so circumspect. Taylor's day was on a declivity.
After a long talk with his mother Taylor did the first impetuous thing he had ever done in his life. He set out on a journey of beneficence. There was no grousing on his long arduous journey to a new colony.  His journey caused a dissolution of his previously paralytic circumspect behavior.

Hackneyed Story of My Life

Sorting the mail can include great cerebration, for what appears to be such a mundane task. One must first decide who an item is from an ascendant or non-ascendant sender. You then must ask yourself should this letter be treated with veneration. If so you must deal with it immediately. However if it is junk mail from the fascist group up the road chuck it.
You may wonder where this instructional is coming from. The other day my roommate mis-sorted the mail and we lost an important letter. At least she was penitent about her mistake. I did not aver her mail sorting skills. Usually she does not sort the mail as she tends to malinger. It may sound as though I dislike her but let me disabuse you of this notion immediately!
We live in a slightly occult neighborhood. While odd it gives us great autonomy in how our house looks. We laud our neighbors that take full advantage of the autonomy. That being said many neighbors are involved in some type of recrimination over the suburb rules. The house next door to ours has been at the zenith of the recrimination battle.  You see they have acquired a profuse lawn ornament collection; to the point that their house is no longer visible. The owner of the house must be very adroit to enter and exit without toppling the lawn ornament towers. The main argument in this battle is that the house underneath could be in a state of decrepitude and no one would be the wiser.  I happen to think the whole thing looks a little artless.
Pardon me for a moment there is a great din outside and I must go investigate...
I have returned. The neighbor and another were having some type of fight. The mein of the neighbor was not pleasant. All I could gather was that the two certainly don't apotheosis each other.
Neighborhood battles are too hackneyed for a proper story.  Good thing my professors aren't looking at this as it is tenuous writing at best. I would like to propitiate a favor to you for reading the entire thing. Feel free to fulminate over the content. I don't think this will sate anyone's appetite for good writing.

Wine Tasting Adventure

Today I had an incentive to get up earlier than normal because I was going on a wine tour! I had to take a quick shower before leaving because I didn’t want to sully our day with my body odor. I dressed in black jeans and top with a berry cardigan; it was quite felicitous for the occasion. On the trip to the tour the group seemed quite disinterested in wine.  Luckily I was able to lift their moods and abridge our period of apathy. However high spirits were short lived as emotions plummeted when it started to rain. We were in the penumbra of a great cloud. The weather was most mercurial. By the time our tour started everyone was a little dispassionate.
I was starting to feel a little vexed that changing emotions was dumping on our day. Moods began to improve with the incentive of wine. The first vineyard we visited also produced olive oil, which allowed for some good jokes about anointing the wine. Between jokes and being dilettantes we started having a wonderful time. Others on our wine tour were slightly offended by our levity but this did not dampen our mood. We did however substantiate the stereotype that young people are loud and obnoxious. The driver managed the tensions between the older and younger patrons of his tour with great equanimity. Thank goodness he was kind and not a bossy martinet.
Around the fourth hour of the tour we began to lament our lack of snacks. Our upset was mitigated by the promise of food at the next stop. Our lunch stop was filled with pulchritude. Our server seemed to be a little of a libertine.

Snowy Inspirations

There is nothing more hackneyed than writing about something that everyone has already heard so I will attempt to be creative and use snow as the inspiration for the story today.
Some people don't like snow but I have a profuse love of it. My parents think that what it snows I become a malingerer but truth be told I always malinger to a point. That being said let me disabuse you of the notion that I am lazy for I am most certainly not lazy. I just don't like my occult job and life. This puts me in a tenuous position with my boss and land lord. I'm fairly certain the only reason the big guy keeps me around is that my parents were able to propitiate a favor from him to keep me about. I'm not sure what will happen when they are gone. They have started showing great decrepitude.
I think my biggest problem with my job is that people think I'm artless; which is quite insulting as a doll maker. If only I had more autonomy and could show my creativity! Alas I work for a fascist. Despite all of his talk of forgiveness he has never been penitent when he has made mistakes. I often fulminate against this hypocrisy.
Despite my troublesome job I do laud the snow man maker. He never seems to be sated with the snowmen he builds and is always striving for a more inventive approach. I envy him for he avoids the din of the work shop. The snow man maker has an unusual mein; through which you can nearly see the cogs in his head turning. It is as if he is in a constant state of creative cerebration. At one point I was his apprentice but due to an unfair recrimination after voicing my observations I have been banished to the doll maker shop. Being his apprentice was the zenith of my short life. You might be saying by this point that I apotheosis the snow man maker but that isn't true. I simply envy his ascendant. He is the most free of all the elves in the north pole. Partially due to his adroitness. Everyone; even Santa has great veneration for him. I aver that he is the most skilled elf here.

Little Bird's Adventure

As Little Bird set out on her adventure to her new home she suddenly found herself plummeting towards the ground at a high velocity. With great equanimity she remembered what her mother had taught her; "Little bird, always flap your wings." After much flapping and gasping little bird found herself on the penumbra of the tree she had started on. She hadn't even managed to get away from home without incident. As she sat on a branch bemoaning her troubles a gentleman flew up next to her. "My what a pulchritude you are," he said.
"A pulchritude," said Little Bird, feeling somewhat offended.
"A beauty," he replied.
Little bird started to reply when he launched himself off the branch and was gone. 'How rude of him to abridge our conversation like that' thought Little Bird. Shaking her head and with a newfound levity Little Bird launched herself off the branch to continue her adventure. As she flew she thought back to the events leading to her departure; the goodbye parties, being anointed for good luck and saying goodbye to her Mother. Something about the proceedings vexed her.  Despite her best efforts she was unable to mitigate her vexation. Little Bird turned around and returned home only to find her martinet of a sister cleaning out her room. She was turning it into an art studio. 'What a dilettante' thought Little Bird as she left for the second and hopefully last time. Little Bird's mother sighed with relief as she watched Little Bird fly away. She had worried that Little Bird's return would start some type of invective.
Little Bird was happy to mollify her concerns over leaving and flew quickly along.  Soon she came to a sign saying Libertine Colony. 'What is a libertine?' thought Little Bird as she started off towards the colony. She passed two disinterested gate guards before entering the colony. As she entered the gentleman bird from before came up to her. "What a felicitous occasion to have you here!" he chimed as he rushed over and greeted her with a large embrace. Little Bird began to lament her decision to enter the Libertine Colony; she did not enjoy hugs. He began yammering at her and with the incentive of dinner convinced her to stay the night in the colony.
The colony was excited to have a new comer. Everyone was full of energy. There wasn't a dispassionate face in the bunch. The more they told her about their lives the more they substantiated Little Bird's idea that it was the right place for her to be and not to be. She was quite mercurial on the matter jumping from staying to going, happy to grumpy. In an attempt not to sully the evening she kept her struggle to herself.
